Hi,
It could be possible that the some third-party program(mainly anti-virus program) is conflicting when connecting to a network.
**Method 1:**First, I would suggest you to disable anti-virus program and check the issue.
Important: Security software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.
If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
**Method 2:**If that does not help, I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the network drives and check if it helps.
First, download the latest drivers from manufacturer's website.

To uninstall the driver, follow these steps.
a. Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
b. Search for Network adapters and expand it.
c. Right click on the network drivers and select Uninstall it.
d. NOw, Install the downloaded drivers restart the computer and check.
Insall the driver: I also see that there are no Windows 8 drivers from this PC, so install the network driver in compatiblity mode.
