Cant get flight mode turn off Nokia lumia 520

yesterday my phone time changed and flight mode turned on. when i try to turn it on, it keeps blinking and couldn't turn on. i have tried

-Reinsert SIM

-Factory reset

-Hard reset

but no joy

wifi still working , but cant get sim network to work.

any help would be appreciated

Try a new SIM card and if that won't work; contact your local Nokia Care center for a hands-on look.

@Rahul, am not sure about the version, I had this same issue 3months ago, what I did is to download a software - google it "Nokia software for lumia" connect the phone and start installing it, it will erase all data, and take u out of the issue.

Thanks. It would be helpful though if you said what we're going to watch.. Anyway, it's a video showing how to run the restore tool. Didn't work for my 1520, the problem came right back.

So upset with this bug. Most amazing, every forum says 'if reinstall doesn't fix it, it's a hardware problem.' But what kind of OS insists on setting the airplane mode if there's a hardware error?! How about "no cell antenna detected" or "wireless card error" or ANYTHING. Just toggling the frickin' airplane button on is 99% certain to annoy the crêpe out of users. Me included.. :(
