Cant get flight mode turn off Nokia lumia 520

yesterday my phone time changed and flight mode turned on. when i try to turn it on, it keeps blinking and couldn't turn on. i have tried

-Reinsert SIM

-Factory reset

-Hard reset

but no joy

wifi still working , but cant get sim network to work.

any help would be appreciated

Try a new SIM card and if that won't work; contact your local Nokia Care center for a hands-on look.

Thanks boss.... It worked.

I installed Amber and flight mode disabled and installed Cyan.

Now my Lumia is working.

My nokia is 9 years old the flight mode wooden turn off it made me mad i try every think on the phone it still the same the flight mode just flash my phone is in it box don't know what to do about it can you help me to please i had the phone when i lost my dad thank you

I have also tried this process but not fruitful on my 520. I am still can't get the mobile network. please do help you could to solve the issue.
