Cant get flight mode turn off Nokia lumia 520

yesterday my phone time changed and flight mode turned on. when i try to turn it on, it keeps blinking and couldn't turn on. i have tried

-Reinsert SIM

-Factory reset

-Hard reset

but no joy

wifi still working , but cant get sim network to work.

any help would be appreciated

Try a new SIM card and if that won't work; contact your local Nokia Care center for a hands-on look.

I download the 1.5 gb software and my problem is solved but after 2 mounth the problem back again so what can i do......help me i use lumia 520

Ridiculous that Microsoft cannot resolve this problem without users having to lose data with a software recovery option.

No wonder they are losing market share with stupid bugs like this

no sim change is required, I am from from INDIA using LUMIA 520, 8.1. i had this problem for last 10 months. i downloaded the lumia software recovery tool 5.0.8 and downloaded 1.5 Gb two times and installed it. after a hurdle of 14hours, atlast my Airplane mode is ON. trust me use revovery tool 5.0.8 rather using 5.0.0. the proble, will b gone. no stucking with the airplane mode :)
