Nokia 206 - disk space problems

please tell the sugesst me also. I have also same space problem in nokia 206

I tried to move my internal memory to memory card but that time also show memory full. But in my phone i dont save anything even in my contracts also save in sim only please suggest

 Dont worry man, Finally i got slove this problem. For am also using nokia 206 phone.  I feed off low memory message. I thought its a memory prob. After that i got external memory card. Then also same problem comes. I searching the google and this microsoft site but no response.  Finally i got a idea to use this.....

1 step.  Goes to settings / Rest.Fact.Setting/settings only.

2 step. After your phone restart . Then suddenly goes to next step.

3 step. Goes to Settings / Sync & Back up/ Create back up phone to memory card.

4 step. Finally u check ur phone memory its working.

Note: Before that i tired this settings but that time shows on memory full.

it's working on the Block breker3, but when i try on other Apps, it's showing " item(s) being used by another application:1

I would like to this tell to those who had problems with memory. I have Nokia Asha 202, and it also has low internal memory, and I was doing similar thing that are being suggested here: using mobi MB.

When you do it using mobi MB you are always in alert "what if I delete something I shouldn't have", and stuff like that, and if you do delete something you shouldn't have, soft-reseting the phone software doesn't bring it back. That's phone software reinstallation you can perform using Nokia Suite.

On the other hand, if you do hard-reset of the software (I hope I am not wrong with those terms "soft-reseting" and "hard-reseting", if I am, somebody correct me), which you do using Lumia Software Recovery Tool*, that everything will be just like when you first started your phone - exactly like that! Also, don't let that "Lumia" in the name of the tool confuse you, that is the correct name of the software - at least for my Asha 202 (although it is not a Lumia).

If you perform everything this way, than you will reinstall yout phone software, and you will also clean some garbage files which are located somewhere in your internal memory which you cannot delete otherwise (as far as I know). These "invisible files" are the ones that are making you problems.

Still, if you want to do this, this is very important: before doing this, create a backup of your phone using Nokia Suite, so you would be able to bring back to your phone all necessary data: contacts, messages, phone settings etc... But I guess that contacts are those which are the most important to us.

None of us had any problems with memory when we bought our phones, and the problem is not the new software being "larger" - the problem is caused by those "garbage files" as I call them, and this is how you can solve it.

*it is Lumia Software Recovery Tool for my phone, and I believe the same tool works for you as well, it seems like they have the same operating system.

PS: Also, I didn't read all the messages here, I guess that the original poster solved the problem by now, but it will come back as it always does, and at some point doing this becomes necessary. Also, it is easier than messing up with the files using mobi mb. Also, if not the the original poster, I hope it will be helpful to others.
