Nokia 206 - disk space problems

I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card. 

How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.

Please advice.

    I have tried using blueFTP and using the instructions of creating a backup file and changing it to ZIP and going through the files. I have also done it manually opening the files on the PC using a card reader.  The problem is when I select games and applications for the backup it only lists an .ico icon file in the directory.  I see no jar or jad files.  I renamed the directories with the jar files in them removing the private and renaming the icon files to jar files but it doesn't work.

    Any suggestions would be helpful, phone keeps complaining it has no memory!

    You need a bit of memory on the phone, to create the backup. If that does not work out, did you consider to use the ?

    Please, provide the error message word for word. Did you go for the BlueFTP files mentioned in this thread or where did you get them from?

    hello

    i have a nokia 206 nad have this disk space problem.

    i have tried with the BlueFT and it says my system is not supported.

    Could you recommended the steps using another method apart from the BLUE FT postgasdace recommended as phone says  the system is not supported.(blueFT)

    In desperate need for help.
