Nokia 206 - disk space problems

I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card. 

How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.

Please advice.

    Hi

    I entered the same URL  on my handset as I did on the internet of my laptop for weather radars. When selecting a radar for my handset, it only gave me a title & nothing else.

    For the videos, on the handset there is no link for videos that appears on my laptop. They are mp4 files . my handset is Nokia 208.4.

    Hello

    I have a different problem now. I can access websites but not videos in websites. I;m not sure if this extra information is helpful. I cannot access the weather radar on my handset. My handset is Nokia 208.4.

    when i was opening my whatsapp it asked me to upload it ,when i started to upload it asked to delete some items i

    removed all that are present in my phone memory it is again asking to remove ,now want i can do ....... the other person of my whatsapp friends can see my account thy are usually sending the messages memory of my phone gradually going to decrease what can i do???can anyone can plz give me the suggestion for this problem to remove the app or to remove the account...........
