I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card.
How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.
Please advice.

The solution works very well. I can't thank you enough for this!
The only problem was that BlueFTP can't rename to .jar -- it just does not allow to rename anything to .jar.
I resolved the renaming problem to .jar by using the external SD card in a computer. This actually provides a way to skip using BlueFTP.

I was facing the same problem, but I inserted the micro SD memory card into my computer via a card adapter and renamed the image files to .jar and the corresponding .(nothing). You can then place the card back in the phone and try copying as Portgasdace suggested. It WILL work.
Infact, I copied the renamed backup file to my computer, and took all the names from there, then renamed the dummy image files and copied them all to the memory card. Then I copied them to corresponding Games and Apps folders as recommended and it worked flawlessly. I reclaimed so much space!
(NOTE: This above method can let you do the whole process without using BlueFTP, although I did try using it, initially, but since I can copy the memory card backup file to computer, it is more convenient for copying the names of the apps and games you want to delete. Also, I HAD to use the computer to rename to .JAR since BlueFTP was giving error while renaming.)
Helo portgasdace i done anything all done fantastic but at the end image did not moved to games and i highlight the midnight pool > option> but it doesn't delete he says that can't be deleted it's a system file
I tried with Blue FTP to rename the image file as "BlockBreaker3...." without '.jpg' but it just doesn't seem to get renamed. It is showing error and says that it can't be renamed. Do suggest a way for it. And also, how to convert the other image file to '.jar'? Adding just '.jar' only seems to add it in the name before the '.jpg' extension and does not convert it to '.jar' format.
