Nokia 206 - disk space problems

I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card. 

How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.

Please advice.

    i have downloaded blueftp app for nokia 206.but when i open blueftp app my mobile shows file not supported. So please help me to download blueftp so that i can delete demo games.

    Thanks a lot what a work....nice one nw my mobile phone memory s cmpletely free...and i m using whatsap frm memry crd rather than inbuilt whatsap in nokia 206 hatsof to u yar

    i got the notification saying that file name already exist but not able to delete app.and also the image which i renamed as '.jar' is still as a image file

    Is any other way to delete default applications in nokia 206 without using computer or any other devices please suggest me am tired of disk space problem

    The solution works very well. I can't thank you enough for this!

    The only problem was that BlueFTP can't rename to .jar -- it just does not allow to rename anything to .jar.

    I resolved the renaming problem to .jar by using the external SD card in a computer. This actually provides a way to skip using BlueFTP.
