Nokia 206 - disk space problems

I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card. 

How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.

Please advice.

    hello

    I have a problem while upgrading whatsapp on my nokia asha 206.1. It says I should replace version 2.14.42 (which installed on my device) with version 2.14.61 bt the downloading is never completed. It always fails.

    Please help guys

    I'm using Nokia 206 not nokia asha 206 does this work. I've followed ur steps and I'm stuck on step 3 after changing the backup file name. I'm trying to open the backupfile but is not opening and flashing a message as "File format not supported". What should I do?

    Hi

    The person that did message 54, is the one you should speak to about these issues, because I have never tried back up, reinstall, restore, I've only tried the easy option, buy a new one.

    I didn't even get up to trying any of the other appplications that was recommended earlier I just went by feedback of these applications. which obviously was extra work in using these applications.

    Everything I tried brought no progress & it seems that this person knows what it is that there is no need to worry about, etc.
