Nokia 206 - disk space problems

I have a Nokia 206 dual sim phone, and it has a lot of DEMO games pre-installed. These are listed as System Files and i cannot get to remove them. Due to this, i am running very low on operational disk space, even after installing an external memory card. 

How can i get rid of all the apps that are pre-installed and of no use to me, especially the DEMO games.

Please advice.

    You don't have to deal with mobimb and stuff like that.

    Just make a backup using Nokia Suite, reinstall software, and restore the backup.

    No need to think which file you must not delete and stuff like that. I also used mobimb, but in the end you still need to reinstall the software...

    I have another problem when i click "MY Apps" loading (1sec) then my nokia asha 206 restart and does not open.... Plz renspons me what i have to do...

    Hi

    I have found out that 1 option was a new mobile with more internal memory, because my previouse mobile with this issue had an internal memory of 150 mb & I still had this problem with the memory card.

     It was not possible to free up space by deleting pre-existing files unleess I connected to the computer with the MobiMB application.

    However I also saw positive comments about ftp.

    I didn't try out ftp or ModiMB, however you must have backups & know what you are deleting because a pre-existing file may be a system file which might corrupt the system once deleted.
