Were you able to delete those shortcuts and the MigWiz program?

So what happens every time you plug in the charger? A new one pops up or it now pops up two?

Hit windows key plus S type and select Schedule tasks and look to see what you have in there. You can double click the task to open it and use the tabs to read what it does. There may be one that runs on DC power.

I am curious if you have the computer not plugged in and start up if the windows will open.

Do you have any DVD/CD burning programs those may be running on startup and opening the folders

Mate i have no idea what's going on it's really annoying me now, just wish i knew someone who could come and have a look at it, or access it remotely, microsoft said they could access it remotely but i can't afford their fee as i'm on benefits.

Disable all those and get a screen shot of scheduled tasks if it continues. Delete those files we talked about earlier and see if it goes away And get rid of utorrent or at the least never make it a startup
