Temp files windows opens on start up

Everytime i turn my laptop on the Temp files window opens automatically how can i stop this? its driving me mad

    U torrent is gone, can you suggest another one? and screenshot of Task Scheduler, all start up programs disabled, now what?

    They aren't needed. You may use them but they just wont load until you open them. Right now they load on startup which is never ideal with that many

    Don't i  need them though?? i mean will my laptop still work properly with them disabled?

    Disable all those and get a screen shot of scheduled tasks if it continues. Delete those files we talked about earlier and see if it goes away And get rid of utorrent or at the least never make it a startup
