I have this same problem. Strange because I have barely used it though its a few months old and Nokia care in Nigeria has refused to fix it. They seem not to know how and have refused to receive the set from. What am I supposed to do now?
BH-940 Purity Pro wont charge anymore.
I recently purchased the Nokia Monster Purity Pro's in Aug 13 and have been charging them acording to the recommendations from the instruction booklet. Recently as I was wearing them the voice promtpted that my battery was low. I then charged, or thought I was charging them to use again. Once completed I put them on and I got the same message again. I tried the wall outlet, and computer, both have failed to charge the headphones.
When I plug in the headphones the led indicator goes on for about 30 seconds then switches off, not sure if that indicates anything, I know they have a 12 month warranty on them and when trying to find contact details I get brought to this discussion forum. I am assuming that they want me to use this as a first stop. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

2014-05-27T07:53:29+00:00 Welcome to Nokia Discussions, osaknows.
If the device has a valid local warranty, I do not see any reason for the Care Point to refuse to repair or replace the device in subject. However, the Care Point might have identified signs that would render the warranty as not valid.
Please be advised that Nokia warranty only deemed valid to products bought from its intended market country or region.
Being that said, imported units does not qualify for any warranty claim.

If that is the case then I would like to submit my headphones for repair since they are still under warranty. I think that for being such a large company, forums such as this is a huge inconvenience for the customers since I cannot get in immediate contact about my issue.

2014-06-17T18:13:26+00:00 I think that for being such a large company, Nokia really lacks the availability of customer service it should provide. I posted an issue with my product in Nov 13 and still have not yet recieved any answer from a Nokia representaive. This is a huge dis-service to their customers. The Nokia support webiste is not friendly and seems that it purposefully ensures that you cannot make contact with them regarding anything. I will never buy a Nokia product again, these $300 headphones are useless now. I will make sure to post reviews as much as I can about the issue I have had with Nokia.

2014-06-25T05:37:38+00:00 I've had the nokia purity for quite sometime. Its been working great, but now its not charging. I've been facing this problem for about 2 weeks. When ever i charge my headset, the red light stays on for about 10 seconds, and then the light dissappers. At first i thought the battery was drained, so i left the headset on charge for about 3 hours. But with no results. The Noise Cancellation works when i plugin in the charger, but it gets turned off once i remover the charger.
