BH-940 Purity Pro wont charge anymore.

I recently purchased the Nokia Monster Purity Pro's in Aug 13 and have been charging them acording to the recommendations from the instruction booklet. Recently as I was wearing them the voice promtpted that my battery was low. I then charged, or thought I was charging them to use again. Once completed I put them on and I got the same message again. I tried the wall outlet, and computer, both have failed to charge the headphones.

           When I plug in the headphones the led indicator goes on for about 30 seconds then switches off, not sure if that indicates anything, I know they have a 12 month warranty on them and when trying to find contact details I get brought to this discussion forum. I am assuming that they want me to use this as a first stop. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

    I have a set of these headphones which wont charge.  They work via cable, but the light basically never lights up.  They do not charge via usb or mains using multiple cables and no button combination can seem to revive them.  bluetooth will not turn on and they make no noise when opened.

     Are they now just a set of slave wired headphones??

    Is there some other way to revive them like a combination reset??

    Any help much appreciated.

    I've had this problem too. Currently with Nokia Care for repair. Was told it would take 3-4 weeks for repair!

    Try to reset the pairings:

    1 Switch the headset on, and press and hold the bluetooth button for 2 seconds. The headset goes into pairing mode.

    2 Press and hold the multifunction key < and bluetooth button and for 2 seconds. The red and green indicator lights flash, and all the pairings are cleared. The headset switches on, and goes into pairing mode.

    If this fails to fix the issue, you can send the device to a Nokia Accedited Care Centre to get it serviced.

    I have the same problem. since a few days they wont charge. i cant even reset the pairings (maybe bc no battery?). when i plug them in to my pc i get a messege that the device cant be recognized and connection malfunctioned. 

    where in sweden can i get service?
