Mine still work to this day, but they’re very temporamental. They will only charge on certain leads, others will not work. The sound from these headphones is fantastic considering they are from 2013 when bluetooth tech for headphones was not as good as now.
BH-940 Purity Pro wont charge anymore.
I recently purchased the Nokia Monster Purity Pro's in Aug 13 and have been charging them acording to the recommendations from the instruction booklet. Recently as I was wearing them the voice promtpted that my battery was low. I then charged, or thought I was charging them to use again. Once completed I put them on and I got the same message again. I tried the wall outlet, and computer, both have failed to charge the headphones.
When I plug in the headphones the led indicator goes on for about 30 seconds then switches off, not sure if that indicates anything, I know they have a 12 month warranty on them and when trying to find contact details I get brought to this discussion forum. I am assuming that they want me to use this as a first stop. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Maybe someone with more engineering background could find out what is the difference between laptop and ps4 usb power charge.

2020-09-07T10:20:16+00:00 Hi VALLU-[xboxvenue]
Is it still working? That'd be marvellous because mine turned to be a scam. After a few months use it became useless.
Kind regards,
Carlos

2020-01-08T20:49:49+00:00 I'm so sad that I now have faced this problem, too. (Headphones not charging, the red light switching on for a couple of seconds and then nothing happening.) I can now only use my all time favourite headphones connected to my laptop with the USB cable. And it looks like there is nothing you can do.
Hi Emilia,
There's nothing you can do. It was a defective product. Unfortunately, there was no warranty, and now there is no available authorised service for the product. If you're brave enough, you can dismantle it, and maybe you can find the component that requires replacement. I tried, but I couldn't fix it.
It was an auspicious product. I could say one of the best headphones I've ever had.
Kind regards,
