mouse lag in video games since updating to win 8.1
hi all ive noticed that in some games in win 8.1 there is serious mouse lag . this makes some games almost unplayable now. this is a serious issue especially since many gamers upgraded for the benefits ingames but now cant play do to the mouse lag issues.
for me its in call of duty 4 aka modern warfare 1. there are numerous articles now about this issue and with certain games .

as you can see this isnt a isolated issue and needs fixing asap. especially with many big titles just coming in the next few weeks on pc !

Is there any custom software you are using? MontionJoy .... Joy2key.. or emulation programs that overwrite base drivers?
Some people are and some people aren't experiencing these issues, so it would be really awesome to see if it is specific type of software that could be causing the problem.
One thing I have tried in the past is slowly rolling back or removing specific software to see if they could be affecting the interface devices.
Bios fully up to date? Amongst all other hardware? its the best first steps to take for trouble shooting after making such a big change on your OS.

Yes I did, both drivers and software however the mouse works plug and play and I don't have the software running.

2013-10-23T01:43:46+00:00 It becoming an annoyance to play games with intense camera movements. The mouse will randomly lag or stutter changing the camera angle.
For such games as FPS or WoW it becomes a hassle.
Could Microsoft provide an update on the issue & whether it is going to be resolved soon?
