Windows Update Never Fixed With Error Code 80072F8F I Did All The Steps Will Not Fix HELP?

Why has no one fixed this with a new program of the windows update? Need a new one period I have done every thing every step I found on here and not fixed I do not understand codes at all so maybe just need a new one to download? This happened before a very long time ago on another computer. So I did do  new install a new windows update. Fix now this has gone on way too long, my clock etc is keeping a lot of time. Help fix this I can not do no more steps did them all and never got fixed. Come on we paid a lot of money for Windows 7 Ultimate, help fix today....

I have the x64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate 

I found this one to hotfix Update issue

it is the stand alone windows update but also takes a while to install the hotfix. I hope this will fix the Windows Update?

But did not fix windows update at all why?

I did not follow up on your problem as you seemed to be preoccupied with PA Bear.

Your Event Viewer report from 4 days ago suggests that the original problem may be resolved. I would need to see a later copy of your Event Viewer System log to see whether there are any remaining problems to be addressed.

Description:

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801.

Solution:

Researched the problem and found the solution. A file was corrupted and deleting it got the PNRP service running.  The file was recreated correctly when the PNRP service started up.  Here's the file for future reference:

"C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst"

    Your computer and the service don't need to have an identical date and time, but if they vary too much it will prevent you from checking for updates. The following steps are the most common solutions for this error code.

    It could be the coin cell battery for the CMOS Sometimes a weak CMOS battery can cause various issues including slow, locking as well as other unexplained performance issues.

    This is fairly rare but the battery is relatively easy to replace, check your motherboard/computer manual for replacement details.

    Usually the battery is a "CR2032" watch battery, about the size of a nickel.

    It may be an indication that the system has malware resident.

    What is the installed antivirus; is it's subscription current; was anything detected the last time the system was scanned with it ?

    In the meantime, strongly suggest  that you scan the system with the Microsoft Safety Scanner .

    Please post the results of the scan.

    You couldn't run the Windows Update troubleshooter or the Windows Update troubleshooter didn't resolve the problem?
