Windows Update Never Fixed With Error Code 80072F8F I Did All The Steps Will Not Fix HELP?

Why has no one fixed this with a new program of the windows update? Need a new one period I have done every thing every step I found on here and not fixed I do not understand codes at all so maybe just need a new one to download? This happened before a very long time ago on another computer. So I did do  new install a new windows update. Fix now this has gone on way too long, my clock etc is keeping a lot of time. Help fix this I can not do no more steps did them all and never got fixed. Come on we paid a lot of money for Windows 7 Ultimate, help fix today....

I have the x64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate 

I found this one to hotfix Update issue

it is the stand alone windows update but also takes a while to install the hotfix. I hope this will fix the Windows Update?

But did not fix windows update at all why?

Someone on here I thought was helping me in several posts back he has a photo on his avatar the older white man wonder where he is?

I did not follow up on your problem as you seemed to be preoccupied with PA Bear.

Your Event Viewer report from 4 days ago suggests that the original problem may be resolved. I would need to see a later copy of your Event Viewer System log to see whether there are any remaining problems to be addressed.

The Peer Name Resolution Protocol cloud did not start because the creation of the default identity failed with error code: 0x80630801.

Solution:

Researched the problem and found the solution. A file was corrupted and deleting it got the PNRP service running.  The file was recreated correctly when the PNRP service started up.  Here's the file for future reference:

"C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst"

    when I installed MSE etc. that never fixed that error code....Where are the Microsoft Tech Support Workers on here I need a real Microsoft Tech that knows how to fix this....

    Norton's I have installed for many years like around ? many many years when ever they started to give us Norton's  I do not remember how many years it has been.  and this has happened only recently 1rst time ever. Never had this issue before.

    the error happened way before I had both MSE & Norton's installed. But now I prefer Norton's

    What anti-virus application(s) was installed before you installed MSE on 10 September 2014 and before you installed the CenturyLink/Norton application "many many months" ago "even before this issue [occurred]?"
