Please post a copies of your dump files as shared files (excluding any more than one month old) to your OneDrive with a link here.

The dump file will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked.

What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?

Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your OneDrive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items.

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode. The request for a copy of this file is additional to answering the question about make and model.

The newest Minidump files that I can provide right now are unfortunately over a month old.  This is because my Minidump files are cleared frequently, and I can only access them immediately after crashes.  If you really want a new Minidump file then I will have to put my GTX 650 back in my desktop, wait a couple of hours for it to crash, and then retrieve the Minidump file.  I don't have time for that today, but I could do it in the next couple of days if you want me to.

Why exactly do you think that Minidump files created for crashes from the same problem would be different over a period of a month?  Why do they have to be so recent?

My computer is a HP Pavilion p6720f Desktop PC

I have uploaded the Driverview data to my Onedrive as well.  Please note that the you will not see any of the Nvidia drivers in this report, as I uninstall them when I am using my integrated card.  If you want a report showing these drivers, I will have to put my GTX 650 in my PC, install drivers for it, and then provide a new report.

I have uploaded the System Information report to my Onedrive as well.  The report was not taken in safe mode.  The report was taken while running on my integrated graphics card, not my GTX 650.

• As long as the card was installed when your last mini-dump  was made it should still help some,

but a newer one may reflect other changes you have made since the earlier dump was created.

• When your Nvidia driver install is not corrupt it's better to leave it. It should be there

to properly troubleshoot the graphics problems. 

• I just had a look at your machines specs and they do state that -

"*Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed."

So, unlike my machine they must have it setup to not just show it as disabled in Device Manager, but somehow hide it altogether.

• It would still be good to uninstall the ATI/AMD driver though to verify if it may be corrupt or otherwise conflicting  with  the Nvidia drivers, but you would want a copy of the drivers to reinstall should that be necessary.

If you can't uninstall the current drivers try installing new drivers over them (make a System Restore point to roll back to first). If nothing else it may restore the uninstaller in Programs and Features, so you

can uninstall and reinstall clean again.

• I tried finding the driver for your Integrated graphics but the HP site does not accept the machines model number, so I leave it to you.

With Integrated graphics it's normally best to get them from the machines mfg, but the genuine

AMD ones may be OK.

Re - 99%... It would only really matter if you were having problems just with games, but I have had a couple of occasions when the gpu use was consistently 99% where I had a TDR (Crysis 2) and a lock-up (Skyrim).

In both cases lowering the resolution a notch dropped the gpu use to 95+% and prevented more

of the same crash.

Has removing your GTX 650 from your desktop resulted in no more BSOD crashes?

Why do they have to be so recent?

Investigating historic events is pointless unless you have a specific reason to do so that justifies the effort involved. Investigating events should always be done in the context of the situation as it currently exists. You investigate errors to see what is causing the error so that changes can be made that will eliminate the error. If the error is no longer occurring there is no need to make a change.

If you prefer to use your GTX650 graphics card rather than the integrated graphics card you can only diagnose the errors with the GTX650 installed.

Are the BSOD errors generated when running specific programmes / games. Is the GTX650 still under warranty? When was the GTX650 first installed and when did the first problem arise?

Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your OneDrive and post a link here.

To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

I use Ccleaner which clears Minidumps.

I have now disabled the function in Ccleaner that removes them.

I don't know how much of my thread here you have read, but I have determined that removing my GTX 650 from my PC and running off of integrated graphics prevents all BSOD's.  I have absolutely no problems with my computer while running integrated.

Again, determined earlier in this thread was that there are no specific games or programs that cause my computer to crash.

The GTX 650 is a replacement for a warranty claim I made on my old GTS 450.  If I determine that the GTX 650 is indeed the problem and not something else, then I will contact Nvidia and tell them they sent me a faulty replacement GPU.

The GTX 650 was first installed on December 22nd 2013.  The first crash occurred January 14th, 2014.
