Are you experiencing high disk usage during boot time? The activity light is on permanently? I was having the same issue, my problem was that the pagefile size was managed by the system and setup incorrectly. To solve:
- From file explorer got This PC, right click properties
- Click advanced
- Performance, click settings
- select advanced tab, virtual memory, click change
- Uncheck "automatically manage page file size for all drives"
- Select your C drive, Select custom, set the initial size to the size of your physical memory, the max size to double the size of your physical memory.
Restart and check boot time.
Some other people are also uninstalling the Skype app, and also leaving the Skype for desktop version, that was not my case.

Mr. MarianoC:
After I posted this topic, my boot time improved I don't know why and how, but, I used your suggestion, and the boot time reduced from over 2 minutes to less than one minute. Now it is better than it ever was.
Thank you very much.
