Nokia 1520 Microphone problems

Hey,

I have a nokia lumia 1520 and Im having trouble making phone calls, people cant hear me talk, Only when I set it to handsfree people can hear me. Im pretty sure it has to do some with the noise cancelling, cancelling out my voice.

any software update to solve this issue?

    I have exactly the same problem. The call MIC doesn't work but other mics work fine. It might have to do with the 8.1 update. Any clue on how to resolve this?

    a pure hardware problem, replace the microphone.

    Hy,

    Have the same problem with mic 1, so i just order a Audio tape with microphone.I will replace it and get back with news as soon as i can,so to see if is a hardware problem.
