Nokia 1520 Microphone problems

Hey,

I have a nokia lumia 1520 and Im having trouble making phone calls, people cant hear me talk, Only when I set it to handsfree people can hear me. Im pretty sure it has to do some with the noise cancelling, cancelling out my voice.

any software update to solve this issue?

No, 1520 has several mics.

You just may have found the solution everyone has been looking for.

I wonder just what is the root cause of the poor connection is ?

temperature, expansion contraction causing random mic operation? And the pressure applied by back cover compensates?

I am glad people can fix this annoying problem.

I believe is a fault design, a weak frame for such a big phone, there is a big torsion on the phone when is in a pocket.

Otherwise, a very nice phone.

I have restarted, and recorded message also. Message is being recorded, means mic is ok then why my voice is not going to other side. call is completed only if I get speaker phone on.
