Nokia 1520 Microphone problems

Hey,

I have a nokia lumia 1520 and Im having trouble making phone calls, people cant hear me talk, Only when I set it to handsfree people can hear me. Im pretty sure it has to do some with the noise cancelling, cancelling out my voice.

any software update to solve this issue?

No, 1520 has several mics.

You just may have found the solution everyone has been looking for.

I wonder just what is the root cause of the poor connection is ?

temperature, expansion contraction causing random mic operation? And the pressure applied by back cover compensates?

This looks like it should be the solution because I've lost my LED Back Button light as well as the mic but what I don't understand is why does the mic work when I switch to speaker phone. Is it not the same microphone?
