Hey,
I have a nokia lumia 1520 and Im having trouble making phone calls, people cant hear me talk, Only when I set it to handsfree people can hear me. Im pretty sure it has to do some with the noise cancelling, cancelling out my voice.
any software update to solve this issue?

I also replaced my 1520 with a 950XL. Great phone but lacks the build quality of the 1520 but thankfully also weighs a lot less. My perfect phone would be the 1520 remade to the same size and weight as the 950xl. I've had a lot of software issues with Windows System, don't know how much longer I can stay with this platform, but there are no favourable alternatives
Go to the Microsoft store. And purchase a 950 XL..
I now have a 950 XL, replacing my 1520.
I have had absolutely no problems it's a wonderful phone, and no overheating or software issues as with Android and iPhone
The battery life is exceptional., dependability reception etc. across the board is perfect.. Buy this 950XL, or wait for the surface phone.
I am 😊 sticking with the windows system, it is more secure and reliable.

What he is saying is that he took his phone apart and put a piece of foam between the back cover and the silver clip indicated by the picture in the reply. I had the same problem and just finally gave up and got a Lumia 950xl. I have since moved on and gone back to android..... It's a shame, I loved the 1520 and the 950XL for that matter and I I think the Win 10 mobile platform is the best out there in terms of form and function - and the Cortana Integration with Win 10 PC is incredible but the lack of an App ecosystem and MS abandoning its Mobile Operating system forced my hand..... I feel I wasted alot of money supporting MS through every new piece of hardware and OS for years. I'm disappointed. If they ever came out with a way to PORT iOS or Android Apps into Win Mobile 10 I'd be back in a heartbeat.
