Nokia 1520 Microphone problems

Hey,

I have a nokia lumia 1520 and Im having trouble making phone calls, people cant hear me talk, Only when I set it to handsfree people can hear me. Im pretty sure it has to do some with the noise cancelling, cancelling out my voice.

any software update to solve this issue?

    I have exactly the same problem. The call MIC doesn't work but other mics work fine. It might have to do with the 8.1 update. Any clue on how to resolve this?

    Unless there is a validity stated on the label itself only the Care facility with which you booked the collection can provide you with an answer.

    allright I finally had time to try this fix but it doesnt help except for wasting my time, Im a bit frustrated because I cant make a normal phonecall with my phone...

    I guess I have to send it in for repairs...

    I allread requested repairs some while ago but I didnt go through with it because I fixed it myself. but I allready payed for the ups shipping, can I use the same ups label for these repairs??
