How can I disable the unsafe volume warning?

I usually have my laptop's system volume at 80% and plugged into speakers which I can adjust, but since updating to windows 8.1 I keep noticing that every time I turn my laptop on while plugged into the speakers it automatically lowers and limits my volume to about 40% and when I try to turn it up a large banner warns me that any higher might be unsafe for my ears asking am I sure I want to do this.

It's very annoying to get this every day, and I can't seem to find a way to disable the warning permanently.

    Yes, Microsoft has done an excellent job of making 8 work well on most machines. Unfortunately, Samsung (like HP) modifies the hardware it uses from vendors (like AMD & Intel). Because of these modifications, Samsung must supply drivers for this moded hardware. There are no Intel or AMD drivers that support switchable graphics, must use Samsung's proprietary CCC. Unlike HP, they (Samsung) do a terrible job of it. So much so, drivers from AMD will not install as AMD has blocked it due to the modifications. Samsung's ultimate answer to everything is, "do a factory recovery". In that state, yes it works, but that's only if you do no updates. I would agree with your statement on a Lenovo, Toshiba, and Dell. However, not for HP. AND, most certainly not for Samsung.

    I think I got it. I found there is a notification switch that can be turned off labeled "RtkGUI".

    goto: PC Settings>Search and apps>Notifications>Show notifications from these apps

    There should be a solid orange square (no symbol, just plain orange) labeled "RtkGUI"

    Turn this switch off. The work stopping banner should stop jamming you up.

     ***If you are using a Samsung computer***

    I tried what you said, but I don't see the "RtkGUI" listed under my notifications.  I did upgrade to 8.1 on my Samsung,  not sure if that would of changed this screen or not.

    1. remove realtek driver (recently version is 6.0.1.7083)
    2. install old version driver (6.0.1.6699)

    I tried what you said, but I don't see the "RtkGUI" listed under my notifications.  I did upgrade to 8.1 on my Samsung,  not sure if that would of changed this screen or not.

    I turned off this switch before going from 8 to 8.1 (via store). And the switch is still there in 8.1 and still off. My device manager lists driver version 6.0.1.6865 on Samsung model NP680Z5E-X01US.
