How can I disable the unsafe volume warning?

I usually have my laptop's system volume at 80% and plugged into speakers which I can adjust, but since updating to windows 8.1 I keep noticing that every time I turn my laptop on while plugged into the speakers it automatically lowers and limits my volume to about 40% and when I try to turn it up a large banner warns me that any higher might be unsafe for my ears asking am I sure I want to do this.

It's very annoying to get this every day, and I can't seem to find a way to disable the warning permanently.

    his is SAMSUNG device problem? Anyone find some solutions? I make many days to find out a method to fix it. terrible things!

    I got my lumia runing at windows 8 and now i updatet to 8.1 and now the phone have weaker sound then when it was runing on windows 8, what can i do? Tnx

    I have a Samsung laptop NP300ESE (Windows 8.1) with a Realtek sound driver. I uninstalled the Realtek driver from the Control Panel and the native Windows sound driver took over by default. The annoying "hearing loss" warning is gone. It did not "break" the computer. The only minor consequence of removing the Realtek driver is that Samsung's SW Update program will keep trying to push the Realtek driver back onto you through the software update notification feature (whose annoying popup can fortunately be disabled.) You can decline.
