How can I disable the unsafe volume warning?

I usually have my laptop's system volume at 80% and plugged into speakers which I can adjust, but since updating to windows 8.1 I keep noticing that every time I turn my laptop on while plugged into the speakers it automatically lowers and limits my volume to about 40% and when I try to turn it up a large banner warns me that any higher might be unsafe for my ears asking am I sure I want to do this.

It's very annoying to get this every day, and I can't seem to find a way to disable the warning permanently.

I have a Samsung Ativ 9 Ultrabook and disabled it using Bennett Martin's instructions to uninstall the driver. Make sure you also reply yes to the Uninstall Software? prompt.

I can't help you with your phone, sorry.

I used method number 2. It works perfectly. Make sure that after you click on "uninstall" you reply yes to the pop up that asks if you want to uninstall the software.
