How can I disable the unsafe volume warning?

I usually have my laptop's system volume at 80% and plugged into speakers which I can adjust, but since updating to windows 8.1 I keep noticing that every time I turn my laptop on while plugged into the speakers it automatically lowers and limits my volume to about 40% and when I try to turn it up a large banner warns me that any higher might be unsafe for my ears asking am I sure I want to do this.

It's very annoying to get this every day, and I can't seem to find a way to disable the warning permanently.

    Right-click the Start button, select "Device Management", "audio, video, games Controller".

    Click the right button on "Realtek high definition audio device", property, driver, uninstall (so you delete the Realtek driver from your computer), restart.

    Windows recognizes again Realtek, but uses the drivers that come with Windows.

    Right-click the Start button, select "Device Management", "audio, video, games Controller".

    Right button on "Realtek high definition audio device", property, driver, updates, "Search the driver on your computer", "pick from a list of drivers ...", select "High Definition Audio Device" (not realtek!) and go on.

    Some menu items may be different in your language because I use Windows in Italian.

    In this way the security banner will not appear, however, remember that you will not have an audio equalizer that came with Realtek audio driver.

    Rollback your sound driver to the older addition if you're wary of uninstalling it. 

    It's not a driver issue. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and rolled back and none of those options have fixed it.

    You are not alone.  After getting the 8.1 update, i get warned when I try to turn it up past 42.  I have exactly zero 3rd party software on this laptop (samsung np300e5c with Realtek High Definition Audio).  I wish I had windows 7 :/
