How can I disable the unsafe volume warning?

I usually have my laptop's system volume at 80% and plugged into speakers which I can adjust, but since updating to windows 8.1 I keep noticing that every time I turn my laptop on while plugged into the speakers it automatically lowers and limits my volume to about 40% and when I try to turn it up a large banner warns me that any higher might be unsafe for my ears asking am I sure I want to do this.

It's very annoying to get this every day, and I can't seem to find a way to disable the warning permanently.

    On my Samsung XE700T1A with Windows 10 I use "High Definition Audio Device" driver instead of "Realtek High Definition Audio" driver.

    The unsafe volume warning does not appear.

    What about windows 10?  I like Windows 10 much better than 8 or 8.1...  Any ideas where this is located to turn off the switch?

    I came across this forum trying to find out how to turn the setting off myself, but i thought i should state that this is not a default setting in windows. This is a setting created by the manufacturer especially in Samsung devices in both their phones and computers. The Samsung representative i work with also agrees that it is an annoying setting that does not have an easy turn off option.
