At this point if you still have the problem about the only thing left would be to try a "Refresh" and if that fails a complete resetting to factory conditions. There have been many different issues some of which have been solved but, at this point I don't see any more updates from Microsoft to try and solve the remaining issues. The serving stack seems to be messed up. This maybe a drastic step to have to take but at this point it is the only way to automatically fixed this issue. We may not like it but, a solution is a solution.
