MY self is Rishit khandelwal from www.chocokick.com , we bought 47 license codes of Windows 8 around a month back but none of them are getting updates from MS server seems a serious problem, sent a couple of mails to the vendor but no response till now

The MS level 2 tech said besides mine, there was another person she knew with an intel processor that had trouble with updates. So, either it is the same issue as the AMD processor computers or a separate issue. MS engineers are aware of this and working on it.

So, does this update issue also affect Intel processors? Yes, but it doesn't "brick" them. It's a fix for a potential hacking weakness. I have heard it can slow the Intel processor down some.
