Cumulative updates will not complete this has been happening since April. The code for update is KB4015217 on 16/04/2017 and also KB4015438 on 19/04/2017. Please can you help?

On checking my update history, I see that all of my cumulative updates installed successfully until January, and then all have failed since March. I had number KB4013429 fail to install and now KB4015217 has been failing to install for 3 weeks. Please help!

I had the same problem with it finally undoing changes etc. This is what I have done. Go to command prompt, then right click and go into Administrators command prompt. When the next screen shows, put in the following. sfc /scannow it will then start to scan all your files and it will tell you whether or not it has found any corrupt files and whether it has repaired them. Hope this helps somebody
