Cumulative updates will not complete this has been happening since April. The code for update is KB4015217 on 16/04/2017 and also KB4015438 on 19/04/2017. Please can you help?

We can do this by viewing your update history.
- Swipe in from the right edge of the screen (or, if you're using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen and moving the mouse pointer up), and tap or click Settings.
- Tap or click Change PC settings, and then Update and recovery.
- Tap or click View your update history.
View failed update error code.

2017-05-08T06:44:11+00:00 On checking my update history, I see that all of my cumulative updates installed successfully until January, and then all have failed since March.
I had number KB4013429 fail to install and now KB4015217 has been failing to install for 3 weeks.
Please help!

2017-05-08T20:41:42+00:00 I had the same problem with it finally undoing changes etc. This is what I have done.
Go to command prompt, then right click and go into Administrators command prompt. When the next screen shows, put in the following. sfc /scannow
it will then start to scan all your files and it will tell you whether or not it has found any corrupt files and whether it has repaired them.
