I dont use VPN client.. Got 5 PC's (Win 8.1/Win 7.0) Happens for that all PC are getting rollback with patches. Microsoft has screwed this up big time..

Every time i use my Laptop currently when i go to shut it down it wants to do updates, fails them and reverts back. I am getting error code 80070002. There seem to be a few of these updates failing this way. It's getting frustrating as it happens every time i use my Laptop. Can anyone assist in getting this fixed? Many thanks in advance

How can we get any help from Microsoft with this Windows problem ????
