I have had issues with (KB2975719), how can I get this to fully install?

My laptop has been trying to do various updates recently, most of them failing. the most common error code that I can see without trawling thru them all is 800F0922

The first has an error message of 802460 13 but I cant find a reference to this # anywhere!
