Error: We couldn’t complete the updates, Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer.

This error may appear anytime a Windows Update fails

We can do this by viewing your update history.

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen (or, if you're using a mouse, pointing to the lower-right corner of the screen and moving the mouse pointer up), and tap or click Settings.
2. Tap or click Change PC settings, and then Update and recovery.
3. Tap or click View your update history.

View failed update error code.

The first has an error message of 80246013 but I cant find a reference to this # anywhere!

My laptop has been trying to do various updates recently, most of them failing.

the most common error code that I can see without trawling thru them all is 800F0922

I have had issues with (KB2975719), how can I get this to fully install?

KB3000061, 2998174, 2989542. All three of these in the last three times of tried restarting.

At that point the Logo key by itself probably wouldn't do anything.  Win-P might or Ctrl-Alt-Delete might.  Sometimes just tapping on the Power switch, e.g. to try to wake it from a Sleep state works.
