    The first has an error message of 80246013 but I cant find a reference to this # anywhere!

    We can at least infer the category

    https://support.microsoft.com/kb/938205?wa=wsignin1.0

    <quote>

    Download manager errors

    0x802460

    </quote>

    Find some of your logs to get more context for this message.  Run ProcMon to find the context of the message among all the diagnostics.  (E.g. Filter with Operation Is WriteFile.)
