I am experiencing frustrating problems trying to upgrade. It takes several cycles to get 3000850 to install before it succeeds. Then, each time a new upgrade is released the upgrade process tries to re-install 3000850 again and fails with a 80246013 - can anyone help?

The reason I didn't start a new thread is because while searching this one came up and the first post on it states "Please post here with your error code, so that the Community can try to help guide you appropriately."
