    Sahil

I tried the first prompt  and the result was 20%. I have been sitting here watching this for half an hour now, with the cursor flicking and unable to put the Restore health prompt in. Should I just simply close the window; open it again and put in Restore health ?

Susan. I put the Scanhealth command in (with spaces) and it has been showing 20 % for sometime now. It will not of course allow me to put the Restorehealth command in.

Unless you know something different, it doesn't look as though it is going to move from 20% or allow me to enter anything else.

Perhaps I'm just frustrated at wasting a half day on this. It has been going for 20 mins now and no change. Do you expect it to take this long ?

@Susan Bradley, if you have any influence with Microsoft, could you get them to create a Fixit wizard that not only goes through the basic steps but also helps Microsoft narrow down what the various problems are?  I have made this suggestion to the Global Escalation Team and also written to my local Microsoft but never heard back.

No, on reflection I don't think so, although to be fair even looking at it now, it's not that clear an expectation !

    I'll try one more time
