This "We Couldn't complete updates...seems to be a huge problem Microsoft (are you listening?). I've tried FIX IT and RESTORE with no results. I am running IE and Chrome and read somewhere on these many posts that running two operating systems might be the problem so my next fix will be uninstalling Chrome.

KB2976978, KB3035583, KB3065988, KB3053863, KB3070102, KB3067505, KB3004365, KB3029438, KB3072630, KB3056347, KB3029606, KB3013791, KB3060739, KB3077657, failed to install on windows 8.1.

I have tried restoring. I have downloaded the Microsoft FIX IT several times, and it said it repaired some things, but nothing changed with updates and the reoccurring message "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer." I checked update history and most of the 23 updates were marked successful. The following said failed: KB2267602 (Definition 1.201.2157.0) KB2267602 (Definition 1.201.2159.0) KB3063843 KB3035583 KB890830 (I'm worried about this one. It was Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8, 8.1 and windows server 2012)
