As usual an error code is insufficient for a symptom description. PS>net helpmsg 3 The system cannot find the path specified. E.g. you would have to know what "path" had been "specified" to make any use of that clue.

The things that you refer to as "codes" are update numbers. Depending on how you are noticing it the first one may be just a statement about your "service pack level", e.g. having KB3000850 applied is sometimes referred to as being at W8.1.2.
