    Ms. Beverly,

this is an old problem that I had with windows 7 and when I went to 8.1 I had no issues.

Please read the problem I having with crappy Windows 10.  I want to go back to Window 7 using my product key and all I want is how do I get started using the Key.

    Read what Bulldog said.

    thanx,

    Carlos

KB2976978, KB3080800 and KB2999226 are optional, non-security updates (yes, even though they may be offered as Important updates). Feel free to hide them & move on with your life.
