I have been working with this update since April. I had numerous chat sessions, and I even was on the phone with level 2 support. @Dannie A. call 1-866-PCSAFETY or get them online at http://answerdesk.microsoft.com . They will offer to remotely access your computer to try and correct the problem. They want you to be on the phone with them for 2-3 hours. I would also recommend doing an image backup first, just in case.
