If 2919355 is not installed by June, you will receive no future security updates.

What about backing out of W8.1 to W8.0?

@Dannie A. call 1-866-PCSAFETY or get them online at http://answerdesk.microsoft.com.  They will offer to remotely access your computer to try and correct the problem.   They want you to be on the phone with them for 2-3 hours.  I would also recommend doing an image backup first, just in case.

Harry we gotta get this update installed.  Have you attempted to contact support?  It will be a free support case.

How does one contact Microsoft Support and obtain this free support you're mentioning?
