I am receiving error codes: 80246007 and 80070002

I see that other people are receiving these codes as well and I spoke with microsoft and they implied that it may be a virus/malware or that it may be a firewall issue due to an antivirus program.

I personally have wasted enough time not to think of getting another PC with a MS operating system.  Since the upgrade of my Win 8.0 to 8.1, I have had problems with every patch Tuesday.  I have spent with level 1 and 2 MS support close to 10 hours, plus all the time I spent DISM this, DISM that.

i will spend a final weekend to do factory refresh, apply all the updates, e-bay the Lenovo ultrabook, and get a Mac!

This is really disturbing.  I am extremely unhappy with Microsoft right now.  This problem seems to be happening with a lot of people and Microsoft isn't giving any of us answers to this problem.

    MICROSOFT:

PLEASE FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND HELP US OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Windows 8.1 Update for x64-based Systems (KB2919355)

    1. Update using "clearcompressionflag.exe" and "Windows8.1-KB2919355-x64.msu"

System got to 99% then said "We couldn't complete the upgrades Windows changes. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer".

    1. Update from menu "windows update"

System got to 100% then said "We couldn't complete the upgrades Windows changes. Undoing changes. Don't turn off your computer".

Then I checked View your update history

it shows "You have not tried to install any updates for your computer"

So I cannot get an error code.

If I install other security updates, such as "KB2926123", I can check the "KB2926123" success status in View your update history.

But if I try again KB2919355, it will clean all the items in the View your update history.

Following are the commands that I have tried, but they didn't help.

    dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14

    The operation completed successfully.

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    No component store corruption detected.

    The operation completed successfully.

    dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    The operation completed successfully.

Can u give me any ideas?
