Microsoft Support actually managed to fix the issue on one computer. It took them around 3.5 hours in remote control, but it did finally get fixed. Only one computer now with the error, but since I only use it for streaming videos occasionally to the TV, will just wait and see if a fix shows up.

It would be grand if you could urge them to do a public statement. Security patches for consumers without KB2919355 stop on the second Tuesday in June, not "end of June or July"

I spoke with Microsoft again last night, they said to hold tight they are working on a fix and expect to have it released by the end of June or early July 2014.

I've fixed this configuration problem by downloading free software malwarebytes
