I turned off my firewall and AV and all the update problems were fixed, then reenabled them, probably have to do the same next time there are updates.

And come July you'll not get security updates. Call 1-800-Microsoft. State that you need help with KB2919355.

Go to Control Panel / System and Security / Windows Update Highlight the update that is giving you the problem, right click, and then select hide the update. I recommend that you follow this forum to see it Microsoft finally found a way that works.
