When i turn on my notebook appears the text and when it ends and its restarting it appears again and again and again, i dont know what to do

That is your right and I might be inclined to do the same but the Security updates, updates to flash Player, The fact that I wouldn't be able to update to the next major upgrade next Spring would make me change my mind.

My suggestion would be to do a complete factory and upgrade from there; not the best solution buit one that has work for those who have done so . Remember to backup everything you can't afford to lose. Also all Apps you installed from DVDs or downloaded from the web ( Like Microsoft Office Norton will have to be reinst5alled from their original media source. Hope this helps and if you need further assistance post and we will be glad to Help you. I would have to hear some extremely persuasive arguments for why this much time and effort would be worthwhile. I'm not an advanced computer user, my computer is a tool, and I have no interest in fixing a tool that isn't really broken. I'll live without the WIndows Updates until my computer stops functioning altogether, and then start from scratch. This has been an extremely disappointing experience with OS 8.1 and Microsoft both.

More info - had no need of the laptop for a while so thought I'd try an update again: Success! And everything working much quicker and like normal. I've even turned my automatic updates back on!

PS - just to be up to date I tried updating just now and things have moved on!!!!! **New error code =** 800706B5 Microsoft has extended the deadline 30 days.........guess the problem is bigger than some would have us believe.
