Been fighting this for over a month on my wife's PC. Manually installing updates with constant complaints that every 2-3 days she has to wait over an hour for her computer to run through the "install/fail/uninstall" cycle. Had to dig deeper to get this than your instructions suggested, but the Error Code was 80246007 I don't see a solution thread posted for that one. What is the next step to clean up this mess?
