You need to do some research, Windows 7 Computers are still available. Maybe not in Big Box Stores but from Computer Manufacturers. Just yesterday HP sent me a List of Computers-both desktops and Laptops-that came with Windows 7 and on sale. Shut it down.
Find out from your manual or Computer Support how to boot into advance features, usually an F key. Restart tap the F key and enter advance features, try repair. if this doesn't work you can also do a refresh from the same place. it.
